Your info, kept close

We only collect what we need to make, ship and support your order. Here’s what that is and how we handle it.

What we collect

Order details: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number (if you give one), the jars you order and any gift note.
Messages: what you send us through the contact form or by email.
Site use: basic technical information such as your browser, device, pages visited and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools.

Payment details

Payments are handled by our payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To make, ship and deliver your order, and to send order and shipping updates.
To answer your questions and handle replacements or refunds.
To keep our site working, secure and free of fraud.
To understand which pages and jars people like, so we can improve the shop.
To send marketing emails, but only if you sign up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that help us run the shop: our website and store platform (Hostinger), payment processors, shipping carriers such as USPS, and email tools. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for targeted advertising.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies to keep your shopping bag working, remember your choices and understand how the site is used. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the cookie banner, and you can clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal reasons. We keep other information only as long as it’s useful for the reason we collected it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we have about you, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under your state’s privacy laws. Email support@jarfulco.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Children

Our shop is meant for adults buying gifts. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us their information, email us and we’ll delete it.

Keeping it safe

We use secure checkout and trusted providers to protect your information. No online service is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
