Every jar is folded by hand and shipped in a gift-ready box. Here’s what to expect.
- ProcessingEvery jar is made to order and ships in 3–5 business days.
- ShippingFree within the United States, by USPS Ground Advantage. It usually arrives 2–5 days after it ships.
- Damaged in transit?Email a photo to hello@jarfulco.com within 30 days and we’ll send a replacement.
- ReturnsBecause every jar is made to order, we can’t take returns for a change of mind. If anything is wrong with your order, we’ll make it right.

Good questions
How many strips are in a jar?
It depends on the jar: 40 to 60, listed on each product page.
Is the jar glass?
No. It’s a clear, shatter-resistant 16 oz plastic jar with a black metal lid, so it travels safely.
Can I add a gift note?
Yes. Add it at checkout and we’ll handwrite it on the thank-you card.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We ship within the United States only.
Do you do bulk or custom orders?
Yes. Mini jars come in packs of 10, 25 or 50. Email hello@jarfulco.com with the jar, quantity and date.
