Our products

We sell gift jars filled with printed, hand-folded paper strips. Because every jar is made by hand, small differences in folding, color and packaging are normal, and product photos are representative. Some photos are illustrations of the finished product.

Orders

When you place an order you’ll receive an email confirming we received it. Your order is accepted when we begin making it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you’ve paid, we’ll refund you in full.

Prices, shipping and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is $6.99 per jar within the United States. Shipping, taxes and any discounts are shown at checkout before you pay.

Encouragement, not advice

Our jars are gifts and reminders, not medical, psychological or professional advice. If you or someone you love is struggling, please reach out to a doctor or licensed counselor. In the US you can call or text 988 at any time. Activity jars, such as the Workout jar, are for general fun; check with your doctor before starting a new exercise routine.

Scripture

Scripture references are from the Holy Bible, New International Version®, NIV®. Our faith jars list references only; the affirmations are our own writing.

Product safety

Jars contain paper strips and small parts and are not intended for young children without supervision.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, strip wording, designs, the Bitsy character, images and logos, belongs to Jarful Co. and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or sell it without our written permission.

Reviews and messages

If you send us reviews, photos or feedback, you allow us to use them to run and promote our store. Please don’t send anything unlawful, offensive or that you don’t have the right to share.

Disclaimer

Except as stated in our policies and as required by law, our site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Jarful Co. won’t be liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim about a product won’t exceed the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Jarful Co. operates.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here when you place an order applies to that order.
